Application Form
You may answer all questions in English, Spanish or Italian.
The application has two parts:
1. Fill out the form on this page
2. Submit $50 application fee and schedule your intake interview. This fee will be deducted from your total retreat payment.
If together we determine that this retreat is not a good fit, this deposit will be refunded in full.
Reminder! You do not need to be a musician to attend a Sing Me Back Home songwriting retreat.
